BOGIE'S

CABIN NOTES 
Nancy and I have spent over 1000 days at our cabin the last 23 years, close to 3 years of our lives. The guest list of friends, relatives and family include over 300 wonderful guest during the the last quarter century. It is our family cabin first, but I have always said' "a cabin worth can only be measured by its lasting memories!" The family tradition continued last year as all 18 members of our immediate family visited the BBBL at least once. We entertained other groups of friends last year as well. As beautiful as the Vermilion Area is, heat was a problem in 2021. Our annual fishing opener group had to endure 95 degree heat... unheard of that early in season. We finished a couple of big projects last year including a completely new and enlarge back deck and stairs. The other major highlight was a new/old Caterpillar skid loader to work on the roads and paths. We are thankful we can still handled the riggers of maintaining such a special place at our age.
 
2022: PLANNING
We are eager for summer to get here as usual, the winter has been brutal! Come join us for some relaxating R&R. There are few things more enjoyable then the warm days of Minnesota's northern lakes country.
